Investor Customer Service

In accordance with transparency and client protection regulations, Nartex Capital SGIIC S.L. provides a dedicated Investor Customer Service (ICS).

Purpose
The ICS is responsible for addressing and resolving complaints or claims submitted by investors.

How to Submit a Complaint or Claim
Complaints and claims should first be directed to the Head of the Investor Customer Service of Nartex Capital SGIIC S.L.:

The ICS will review and respond to all complaints within two months of submission.

Escalation to Financial Supervisors
If the response from the ICS is unsatisfactory, or if two months pass without a reply, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Financial Supervisor’s Claims Service, depending on the subject matter.

Note: Complaints must first be submitted to the Company’s Investor Customer Service before contacting the Financial Supervisors.

Claims Service of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV)
If you disagree with the response received, or if two months have passed without a reply, you may submit your claim through the following channels:

  • Electronic submission via the CNMV Electronic Headquarters using a digital certificate, electronic ID, or username/password.
