(hereinafter, “NARTEX”).

2. -PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

NARTEX will process all personal data to which it has access as a result of your visits to our website, through web forms, or through the potential contracting of NARTEX services. The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the data subject.

Additionally, each commercial communication received from NARTEX will include information on the procedures available to object to the processing of data for commercial purposes. All data requested through the Website and marked in red or with an asterisk are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the user. If not provided, we will not be able to assist you properly.

3. -DATA RETENTION

Your personal data will be retained for as long as your request, operation, or contractual relationship with NARTEX remains in effect and, in any case, duly blocked for the duration of the statutory limitation period of any actions arising from such relationships, in order to comply with applicable legal obligations and for the establishment, exercise, or defense of potential claims.

In all other cases, the personal data provided will be retained until the data subject requests their erasure.

However, NARTEX collaborates with entities to which we have delegated certain functions and/or third-party service providers that may have access to your personal data. Such parties will process the data on our behalf and under our instructions at all times, solely for the purpose of providing the services we have engaged them to perform.

NARTEX informs you that it has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to ensure the protection of your personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, processing, and/or unauthorized access. These measures take into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they may be exposed, whether arising from human action or from the physical or natural environment.

7.- MODIFICACIÓN DE LA POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD

NARTEX reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion, motivated by legislative, jurisprudential, or doctrinal changes from the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

We will inform you of any such changes by publishing the updated Privacy and Data Protection Policy on the Website, as well as through a corresponding notice placed on the homepage.

8. -APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes or claims arising from the interpretation or execution of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by Spanish law and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
