Whistleblowing channel

In compliance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory breaches and combating corruption, NARTEX CAPITAL SGIIC, S.L. has established an Internal Reporting Channel (Whistleblowing Channel).

This channel allows individuals to report, in a secure, confidential, and, if desired, anonymous manner, any conduct that may constitute a regulatory violation or breach of the Code of Ethics, internal policies, or applicable regulations, whether within the Company or involving third parties (suppliers, collaborators, etc.).

Who can use this channel?

Reports or complaints can be submitted by:

  • Employees and managers of the Company.
  • Former employees or candidates in the recruitment process.
  • Suppliers, contractors, intermediaries, and their employees.
  • Any person who has or has had a professional relationship with the Company.

Confidentiality and Protection of the Reporter

All reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring the protection of the reporter’s identity and prohibiting retaliation in accordance with applicable law.

The management of the channel is carried out following the principles of independence, objectivity, and respect for due process.

How to submit a report
Reports can be submitted through the following channels:

  • In person: by scheduling a meeting with the Head of the Reporting Channel.
